Orders & Customers

Process orders, track customers and their lifetime value, and recover abandoned carts.

Once your storefront takes sales, this is where you work them: fulfil orders, understand your customers, and recover abandoned carts.

In the app: Dashboard → E-commerce → Stores → your store → Orders

Orders

The Orders page lists every order in the store. Each row shows the order number, the customer, the order status, the total, the date, and its fulfilment state.

Open an order for the full detail: the customer and their contact details, the line items and totals, the shipping and billing addresses, and the order's status timeline. Update the status as you process, pack, and ship.

Close the loop on WhatsApp

Pair orders with Templates and Campaigns to send order confirmations and shipping updates on WhatsApp. Use Utility templates for these so they stay cheap and compliant.

Customers

The Customers page is your store's buyer list. Each customer shows their name, email, orders count, total spent, and signup date.

Open a customer for their profile, full order history, and lifetime value. Use this to spot repeat buyers worth a win-back campaign or a loyalty offer.

Abandoned carts

The Carts page lists shoppers who added items but didn't check out — each with the customer, the items, the cart value, and when it was abandoned.

Abandoned carts are your highest-intent recovery audience. Reach them on WhatsApp with a reminder, often paired with a discount code, to recover the sale.
