Quick Reply

Save message shortcuts that expand into text, quick-reply buttons, and an attachment in the Team Chats composer.

Quick Replies are saved message shortcuts for Team Chats. Type a short code like /welcome in the composer and it expands into a full message, optional reply buttons, and an attachment. They save agents from retyping the same answers all day.

Set the shortcut and message

Enter a shortcut (start it with / so it's easy to type, e.g. /hours) and the message text it should expand into. Shortcuts must be unique.

Add buttons and an attachment (optional)

Add up to three buttons, giving each a label, to send tappable quick-reply options with the message. Attach a single file (image, video, audio, or document) if the reply should carry media. Small files show a preview.

Save

Save the quick reply. It appears as a card in the list, ready to use. Edit or delete it any time from its card.

Use a quick reply in chat

In a Team Chats conversation, type the shortcut (e.g. /welcome) in the message box. The composer replaces it with the saved message, buttons, and attachment. Review it, edit if needed, and send.
