Skillsets
Organize agent capabilities and manage agent assignments per skillset.
Skillsets are used to group agents by capability (for example Sales, Support, Accounts).
In the app: Dashboard → Settings → Skillsets

The listing page helps you review all defined skillsets and quickly open manage/delete actions per card.

Use this modal to create a new skillset with a clear label and optional description.

The manage modal shows assigned agents and allows adding/removing agents from the same skillset context.

Deletion requires confirmation, helping prevent accidental removal of routing groups.
Operations
- Create Skillset to define a routing group.
- Manage Agents to add/remove assigned agents.
- Delete Skillset when no longer needed.
