Managing Scheduled Campaigns

  • Edit — Change the scheduled time before the campaign runs. Note: you may not be able to change the template or recipients after scheduling — cancel and create a new campaign if needed.
  • Cancel — Stop a scheduled campaign before it sends. Cancelled campaigns won't send any messages.
  • View details — Check the template, recipients, and configuration before it goes out.

Time zones

Campaigns are scheduled in your account's timezone (set in Settings → Profile). Double-check the timezone if you're scheduling for an audience in a different region.
