Schedule Campaign
View and manage scheduled campaigns — upcoming sends, past results, and scheduling best practices.
View campaigns scheduled for future delivery, manage the queue, and review results of past scheduled sends. When you create a campaign and choose Schedule in the Send Options step, it appears here until the scheduled time.
In the app: Dashboard → Reports → Schedule Campaign
Scheduled Campaigns (Upcoming)
Campaigns waiting to be sent at their scheduled time:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Campaign name | The name you gave when creating the campaign |
| Template | The WhatsApp template being used |
| Recipients | Number of contacts who will receive the message |
| Scheduled for | Date and time the campaign will send |
| Status | Scheduled (waiting), Sending (in progress), or Completed |
Managing Scheduled Campaigns
- Edit — Change the scheduled time before the campaign runs. Note: you may not be able to change the template or recipients after scheduling — cancel and create a new campaign if needed.
- Cancel — Stop a scheduled campaign before it sends. Cancelled campaigns won't send any messages.
- View details — Check the template, recipients, and configuration before it goes out.
Time zones
Campaigns are scheduled in your account's timezone (set in Settings → Profile). Double-check the timezone if you're scheduling for an audience in a different region.
Completed Campaigns (Past Runs)
After a scheduled campaign runs, its results appear here with delivery metrics:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sent | Total messages dispatched |
| Delivered | Messages confirmed on recipients' devices |
| Read | Messages opened by recipients |
| Failed | Messages that could not be delivered |
| Cost | Total amount deducted from your wallet (INR) |
Click any completed campaign to see the full Delivery Report with per-message details.
Comparing Campaigns
Use the completed campaigns list to compare performance across scheduled sends:
| What to compare | Why |
|---|---|
| Delivery rate | Higher delivery = cleaner contact list and healthy sender reputation |
| Read rate | Higher reads = better timing and more relevant content |
| Timing | Compare campaigns sent at different times/days to find the best window |
| Template | Compare different templates to see which messaging resonates more |
A/B testing with schedules
Schedule two campaigns with different templates to the same segment at different times. Compare their delivery and read rates to find the winning combination of content and timing.
